The terms on which Kortex is operated.

1. What this is
Kortex is private software built and operated by Kilazi for the personal use of its owner. It is not a commercial product, it is not offered for sale, and no general public access is granted.
2. Who may use it
Only the account owner and people they explicitly authorise. Connecting a Google account to Kortex authorises it to act on that account within the scopes approved at consent.
3. Acceptable use
Kortex must not be used to access data the account owner does not own or have permission to access, to send unsolicited bulk mail, or for any unlawful purpose.
4. Google account access
Access is granted through Google OAuth 2.0 and can be withdrawn at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Withdrawal stops all further access immediately. Data handling is described in the privacy policy.
5. No warranty
Kortex is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. It may be changed, interrupted or discontinued at any time without notice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kilazi is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, Kortex.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated. The date above reflects the most recent revision.
